PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store and carry an OS (private OS environment) like WINDOWS which starts while rewriting some data on rewritable information recording media like a CD-RW and to start the OS directly from those rewritable information recording media without installing the OS on an HD. SOLUTION: The rewritable information recording medium stores the OS which starts while rewriting the data, a rewritable recording information medium writing driver for writing a rewritable information recording medium drive, and an address conversion program which rewrites the leading address of an interruption processing program operating the disk drive stored in an interruption vector table into the leading address of the rewritable information recording medium writing driver.
