PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gel type composition having an appropriate viscosity on coating (on application), no stiffness after coating (after application) and natural finish appearance, and cosmetic for make-up or cosmetic for hair compounded the same. SOLUTION: The gel type composition is characterized in that clay mineral, microparticle silicate powder and water are compounded.
