PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity design planning device and a commodity design planning system allowing an ordinary user to customize each part of a product freely through a communication line network and capable of controlling ordering and receiving an order of the product and a manufacturing process. SOLUTION: The commodity design planning device and the commodity design planning system are provided with a part information storage means for storing part information including image data of parts, an adaptation part information storage means for relating a first part among parts to adaptation part information related to an adaptation part candidate adapted to the first part and storing the information, a selection means for selecting a part, a discriminating means for discriminating whether a plurality of selected parts selected by the selection means are adapted to each other or not based on the adaptation part information, a commodity design planning means for selecting either of a combination of the selected part with another part or a combination of the selected parts in accordance with the results of discrimination discriminating whether the selected parts are adapted to each other or not by the discriminating means and combining image data of each selected part by the selected combination to prepare a commodity design plan, and a providing means for providing the user with the commodity design plan designed by the commodity design planning means. |
