PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make use of water resources by effectively utilizing the total amount of water exhausted from a humidifier as the water to be supplied to an exhaust gas boiler. SOLUTION: The exhaust gas from a gas turbine 4 is supplied to the exhaust gas boiler 7, and steam is produced using the exhaust heat from the gas turbine as a heat source. A water supplying pipe 8 is connected with the exhaust gas boiler 7. and a water softening device 12 is installed on the pipe 8, and hard water such as industrial water is softened and supplied to the exhaust gas boiler 7. The humidifier 16 is installed on an air supplying pipe 18 connected with the gas turbine 4, and the air for combustion humidified and cooled is supplied for increasing the output of the gas turbine 4. In a place upstream of the softening device 12, a water supply pipe 19 for humidifier and a water exhaust pipe 20 for humidifier are connected to the water supplying pipe 8, and thereby the total amount of exhaust water having passed the humidifier 16 and turned soft is supplied to the exhaust gas boiler 7.
