PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded article of a magnesium alloy, having a bright rust-prevention structure with a rust-prevention protecting film superior in corrosion resistance, without decreasing brightness of the bright surface. SOLUTION: The molded article of the magnesium alloy having the bright rust-prevention structure includes forming a transparent rust-prevention film consisting of amine salts of organic acids, on the machined surface of the molded article of the magnesium alloy, and forming a transparent resin film on the transparent rust-prevention film.
