PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor that can easily and accurately recognize contents of a moving picture more than a conventional processor. SOLUTION: An object moving picture is divided into partial moving pictures (151), a representative image is extracted from the partial division moving pictures (153), the partial division moving pictures are integrated (152), and the representative image of the integrated partial division moving pictures is generated based on the extracted representative image (154).
