PURPOSE: An integrated security management system linking a mobile communication terminal is provided to manage the security of a vehicle by linking the mobile communication terminal to the vehicle and composing a network which is linked to a registration call center and a police station. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle(1000) is linked to a satellite network and a communication network, and has a device for managing internal electric and electronic devices and a device for controlling the internal electric and electronic devices. The vehicle(1000) performs a self diagnosis operation, a control operation, and an emergent and control operation and transmits the performed result including self information to a registered outside. In case that a mobile communication terminal(200) is located in the vehicle(1000), the mobile communication terminal(200) connects to the vehicle(1000) through authentication. In case that the mobile communication terminal(200) is separated from the vehicle(1000), the mobile communication terminal(200) connects to the vehicle(1000) by wireless. The mobile communication terminal(200) directly or remotely controls the vehicle(1000), transmits self diagnosis information, control information, and emergent and criminal information of the vehicle(1000) to a previously registered place, and transmits received information associated with vehicle(1000) to the vehicle(1000). A registration call center(1100) is linked to the vehicle(1000) by connecting to the mobile communication terminal(200) through a wireless communication network, and connects to the vehicle(1000) through a satellite(1500). The registration call center(1100) receives self diagnosis information, control information, and emergent and criminal information from the vehicle(1000), and performs measures corresponding to self diagnosis information, control information, and emergent and criminal information. The registration call center(1100) transmits an abnormal message according to self diagnosis information to the vehicle(1000) through the mobile communication terminal(200), and remotely controls the vehicle(1000).
