A tire manufacturing method capable of increasing a green tire molding efficiency and increasing the uniformity and balance of a product tire by enabling an easy, rapid, and accurate formation of various types of component members of a green case with various shapes and dimensions when a green tire is molded, comprising the steps of spirally winding the strip of unvulcanized rubber on the outer peripheral side of a molding drum, forming the component members of the green case or a part thereof, shaving the green case after molding the green case, and sticking a belt and a tread on the outer peripheral side thereof.
