PURPOSE:To reflect external light on the surface of a perspective plate so as to direct the same to the outside of a visual field and to prevent the internal reflected light of the perspective plate from condensing the top part of the perspective plate, by forming projections each having a saw-tooth cross-section to the surface of the perspec tive plate in a fine parallel line form and arranging a large number of light shield plates in the perspective plate in parallel along a glance direction. CONSTITUTION:A perspective plate 14 is arranged to the front surface side of an indication meter 12 mounted to the instrument board 11 of a car and a light shield hood 15 is provided to the peripheral edge of the instrument board 11. Projections each having a saw-tooth cross-section consisting of a vertical surface 19 almost parallel to the glance direction 18 of a driver 17 and an inclined surface 21 are formed to the surface of the perspective plate 14 in a fine parallel line form. A large number of light shield plates 23 parallel to the vertical surfaces 19, that is parallel to the glance direction 18 are formed to the perspective plate 14 so as to be embedded therein. By this structure, the light from the outside is reflected out of a visual field by the inclined surfaces 21 and the reflected light in the perspective plate 14 is prevented from concentrating to the top part 20 of the projections 22 by the light shield plates 23 and, therefore, a dial 13 can be read well.
