An anchoring unit (2) has an engaging part (3) fitting into a holder (1)directly connected to the ceiling or wall, and comprising an attachment part (4) resting against the holder. The attachment part has sloping edges (5). When the anchoring unit is mounted, the attachment part is flush with the holder. The attachment part is in the form of a strip with bent-away edges. The anchoring part is fixed by means of shoulders (6) on both sides gripping behind.
