PURPOSE:To omit such a case where the output time point of a delivery state list is designated each time by adding a function to a message store and forward system to designate the time point through a terminal for output of the delivery state. CONSTITUTION:When an instruction for registration of the output time point of a delivery state list is received from a terminal equipment 24, a message transmission/reception controller 21 sets the designated time point to a time point store device 12 by an instruction 102 for output time point of a delivery state list. A time comparator 13 delivers a request 107 for production of the delivery state list to a delivery state list producer 14 when the coincidence is secured between the time point of a time counting device 11 and that set to the device 12. Thus the terminal user is just required to designate once the output time point of the delivery state list. This improves the terminal operability when a service request is delivered.
