The invention relates to a tube filling machine comprising a peripheral conveying device (11) enabling a tube (13) to be transported through the tub e filling machine and to pass through various processing stations run through. One of the processing stations is a filling unit (14) in which the tube (13) can be filled with a desired product. In order to assemble and dismantle the filling unit (14) in a fast and simple manner, it is placed on an adjustable supporting structure (21) which can be adjusted between an operating positio n in which the filling unit (14) is arranged in the tube-filling machine above the tube which is to be filled (13) and a non-operating position in which filling unit protrudes laterally from the tube filling machine.
