PURPOSE:To simulate accurately the multi-dimensional vibrations of a vibrating state by producing the vibrations by the signals sent from a horizontal cross signal generator and a vertical cross signal generator to correct the vibrations in the directions opposite to each other. CONSTITUTION:When a vibrating state is vibrated only in the horizontal direction, the sine wave vibrations equal to the desired sine wave vibrations given from a horizontal command signal generator 5a and sent to a horizontal signal synthesizer 9a and a horizontal cross signal generator 8a. The generator 8a produces a signal B which has a frequency double as high as the signal A given from a vertical command signal generator 5b and drifted in the positive direction by 1/2 total amplitude. The coincidence of phase is secured between both signals A and B with the prescribed timing. As a result, these signals A and B are supplied to the synthesizer 9a and a vertical signal synthesizer 9b respectively. Then the output of the synthesizer 9a is distributed to horizontal amplifiers 10a and 11a and a horizontal driver 3a is driven by the signal A. Thus the vibrations are produced automatically by the vibrating stage. In this case, the output of the synthesizer 9b also has the same function as the synthesizer 9a for correction of vibrations. Then only the horizontal linear movement is possible. |
