PURPOSE:To form the coil pitch of a plane coil shortly and accurately, by deviating the position of multiple pieces of plane coil mutually in a predetermined pitch and inserting an insulation between the plane coils to integrate them. CONSTITUTION:N pieces of plane coil 20 formed at equal intervals in turn-around conductor pitch (coil pitch) are positioned so as to be mutually deviated in the pitch direction by the length of one(1) Nth of a coil pitch. Between these N pieces of plane coil 20 an insulating film 23 is inserted and put one on top of the other so that the N pieces of plane coil 20 and insulating films 23 may be integrally formed.
