PURPOSE:To provide the title sheet free of surface tackiness immediately after printing, free of surface tackiness at high temperatures or contamination with fingerprints and enhanced in ink absorptivity, by sequentially providing a transparent highly ink-absorptive layer and a transparent non-sticky layer on a transparent non-porous base, the highly ink-absorptive layer being provided by using an aqueous gelatin solution. CONSTITUTION:A layer 2 of a transparent water-soluble high-molecular substance which is highly ink-absorptive is provided on a transparent non-porous base 1, and a layer 3 of a non-sticky, transparent, water-soluble high-molecular substance which is free of surface tackiness after image recording is provided thereon. The base 1 is formed of polyethylene, a polyester or the like. The highly ink-absorptive layer 2 is provided by using a gelatin solution with a pH of 2.5-4.0. The non-sticky, transparent high molecular weight substance constituting the outermost layer 3 is, for example, methyl cellulose having a shearing force at a non-printed part of 0kg/3cmX2.5cm under high humidity. The coating weight of the wear-soluble high-molecular substance is 2-30g/m<2> for the highly ink-absorptive layer, and 0.01-5g/m<2> for the non-sticky layer. |
