PURPOSE: An electronic commerce system and a method for managing the same are provided to solve a trouble of a commodity purchasing company by making a transaction between a commodity selling company and a commodity buying company be performed smoothly and rapidly in an electronic commerce between companies. CONSTITUTION: A database(200) collects and stores information of each transaction company and purchase details information of each commodity purchased in the transaction company as a classified state. A web server(100) manages a web site for an on-line sale of each commodity, and checks whether purchase details of a special transaction company being stored in the database(200) is included in a pre-set discount rate application range. In the case that the purchase details is included in the pre-set discount rate application range, the web server(100) applies the set discount rate and performs a discount of a purchase cost. A log-in checking unit(110) decides an approval of a log-in of the transaction company. A comparison checking unit(120) performs a confirmation with respect to a discount rate application. A calculating unit(130) performs a calculation of a transaction cost with respect to transaction details ordered through a web page. A display unit(140) displays each information. |
