PURPOSE: A crucible revolution type casting apparatus of small metal balls is provided to suppress generation of noxious gas, smoothen alloying and deoxidization and improve environment by alloying metal used as a deoxidizer in a spherical shape of small gains, and a manufacturing method of the small metal balls is provided. CONSTITUTION: The crucible revolution type casting apparatus of small metal balls comprises an electrical furnace(melting furnace) for melting a raw material metal; a cooling water tank wall(6) for cooling a cast article; cooling water inlet and outlet that are installed on both sides of the wall(6) so as to be exchanged when temperature of cooling water is increased; a collecting plate(7) installed inside a cooling water tank to collect the cast article when it is dropped into the cooling water tank; a gear box(8) which is a rotating device for rotating a crucible made of high strength graphite or refractory material that is a casting machine, and which is solidly installed at the central part of the cooling water tank; an electric motor and an operating panel which are installed on proper locations on the outer wall of the cooling water tank after they are piped to a box(case) so that cooling water is not flown into the rotating device and a gear box; and a cutting plate(4) which is made of an iron net and installed so that molten metal is sprayed into metal balls in a spherical grain shape through a lower hole(nozzle) of the crucible during casting of metal balls, wherein the metal balls are a product made of Pb, PCu or other alloy having a diameter between 0.5 mm and 10 mm.
