PURPOSE: An air cleaning ventilation fan is provided to selectively or automatically take in fresh outside air, to discharge inside air and to clean and circulate the inside air. CONSTITUTION: An air cleaning ventilation fan includes a circulation flow path(70) connecting an intake flow path(20) for outside air and a discharge flow path(30) for inside air and having an opening and closing device operating in compliance with condition of indoor air to connect the intake flow path and the discharge flow path for circulation and cleaning of the indoor air and an active carbon filter(91) placed therein so as to keep the intake flow path and the discharge flow path.
