PURPOSE: A method for reducing a generation noise in a radio antenna driving apparatus is provided to increase the productivity of products by applying a digital type to an electronic driving apparatus and reducing the generation of an EMI(ElectroMagnetic Interference). CONSTITUTION: If an on/off signal is inputted by the request of a user in a standby state(S20), a driving device oscillation circuit unit and a CPU are activated(S30). The driving device oscillation circuit unit performs an expanding/collection operation of an antenna using the first and second relay units and a motor according to the control of the CPU(S40). If the expanding/collection is completed at a defined time or length according to the expanding/collection operation, the operations of the driving device oscillation circuit unit and the CPU are stopped.
