PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of different shrinkage blended yarn is provided which decreases yarn-cutting and noils, has excellent processability and beautiful appearance because difference of dyeability is not great between core yarn and fancy yarn, and has drapability and bounce elasticity because the fancy yarn having high strength and low elongation is used. CONSTITUTION: The different shrinkage blended yarn is obtained by a process containing the steps of: drawing undrawn yarn without heating to produce high orientation drawn yarn(B); heating the high orientation drawn yarn(B) with a hot plate(6) to produce the fancy yarn(low shrinkage yarn); and then air-confounding the core yarn(high shrinkage yarn) and the fancy yarn to blend. A temperature of the hot plate(6) is 180-240deg.C.
