PURPOSE: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to form a discharge part using a ground in a driving circuit for additionally obtaining a discharge path for discharging electric charges charged on a substrate, thereby improving the discharge property of the substrate. CONSTITUTION: An LCD includes a first substrate(100) defined with a plurality of pixel cells by intersecting a plurality of gate lines(10) with a plurality of data lines(20), and having thin film transistors and pixel electrodes electrically connected to the gate lines and the data lines in the pixel cells, data driving circuits(22) for applying data signals to the data lines, gate driving circuits(12) for applying gate signals to the gate lines, a second substrate(200) includes a plurality of color filter cells corresponding to the pixel cells of the first substrate and common electrodes corresponding to the pixel electrodes, and discharge parts each connected to the common electrodes at an end and a ground in one of the driving circuits at the other end.
