PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire rotational speed detector, a tire, and a tire manufacturing method capable of preventing generation of degradation of magnetic force, tire puncture or the like in magnetically detecting the rotational speed of the tire. SOLUTION: This detector, including a film 4 mixed with soft magnetic powder fitted at least one position on the periphery of a side wall section 3 or a shoulder section 2 of the tire, a permanent magnet 5 mounted at a position facing the rotational locus (r) of the film 4, and a magnetic sensor 6 provided between the rotational locus (r) of the film 4 and the permanent magnet 5, is structured so that the magnetic sensor 6 may detect a change in magnetic flux density caused by the rotation of the tire.
