PURPOSE:To eliminate the obstruction of the performance of a high-voltage generator by providing a projecting surface on one side of a strap, forming the same surface as a container side to enable a high-voltage output by a stationary part, thereby always stably maintaining a conductive state. CONSTITUTION:A strap 1 having a projecting surface 1a at one side, a piezoelec tric element 2, a retainer 3 and a repeating terminal 4 are contained in a hole opened at the other one side of a container 5 for engaging a slide 10 containing an impact hammer 7, an impact spring 8 and a hammer pin 9 at one end, a high-voltage generator insulated and secured by an insulating member is formed, and the projecting surface 1a of the strap 1 is used to directly produce a high voltage. Since the output of the high voltage can produce any potential (high and low voltages) from the stationary side, the producing state is stabilized, and since it is produced from the strap-projecting surface contained in the container at mounting time, the conductive state is stabilized to eliminate the obstruction of the performance of the high voltage generator.
