PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent, using a simple arrangement, a thin sheet-shaped small article that has slipped down from dropping so deep within that it cannot be taken out. SOLUTION: A receiving means 7 is provided for holding the thin sheet- shaped small article A that has slipped down into a space between one side of a lift 5 vertically movably retracted into a recess 6 and the recess 6, preventing the small article from dropping deep down into the recess 6. The receiving means 7 comprises receiving protrusions 8a and 8b formed in the recess 6, and a guiding protrusion 9 formed on one side of the lift 5 for guiding the sliding end of the small article A toward the receiving protrusions 8a an 8b as it is located above the receiving protrusions 8a and 8b when the lift 5 is projecting.
