PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic sheet having a transparent conductive film and reduced in the generation of warpage in the outer peripheral part thereof. SOLUTION: The plastic sheet is obtained by forming the transparent conductive film on a plastic sheet base material through an adhesive layer comprising a curable adhesive. The transparent conductive film consists of a central part 6, which is formed to the region corresponding to the central part 10 of the plastic sheet base material so as to have a required pattern, and an outer peripheral part 6a, which is formed to the region corresponding to the outer peripheral part 12 of the plastic sheet base material independently of the required pattern of the central part 6. The outer peripheral part 6a of the transparent conductive film is formed into a pattern extending non-parallelly with respect to the direction of the side of the adjacent plastic sheet base material. The required pattern of the central part 6 of the transparent conductive film is formed by arranging a plurality of unit pattern parts P1-P12. The unit pattern parts P1-P12 comprise the repeating arrangement of a plurality of stripe patterns.
