PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof device of a forklift capable of preventing rainwater from dropping down on a driver's seat along a head cover from a side portion of a roof cover, and improving a function of the roof cover as a rain guard. SOLUTION: This roof cover 1 is attached to a head guard 57 surrounding over the driver's seat 53 of the forklift 51. An extending portion 5 extending to the outside of coupling portions 65c that are side portions of the head guard 57 and side gutter portions 9, 11 are integrally formed with a side portion of a cover main body 3, thereby preventing rainwater falling down on the roof cover 1 from dripping on the driver's seat along the coupling portions 65c of the head guard 57 from side portions of the roof cover 1.
