PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior paper peeling device for a roll-like sheet capa ble of cutting and opening an exterior paper of the roll-like sheet speedily with high precision, saving energy of the whole device, miniaturizing the whole device, and reducing maintenance burden and manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A cutting-in mechanism 10 forming a cut line in the axial direction of roll in an edge (p) of the exterior paper P packed and adhering to the roll-like sheet R closely is provided so as to move freely along a guide rail G1 for cutting-in provided horizontally in an outer peripheral region of the roll-like sheet R and in the axial direction of roll. An opening mechanism 20 for cutting and opening the exterior paper P in the axial direction of roll from the cut line in the edge (p) is provided so as to move freely along a guide rail G2 for opening coexisting with the guide rail G1 for cutting-in. |
