PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winch device capable of certainly guiding rope. SOLUTION: In a rope winding-up side of a winding-up drum, a moving element 14 moved and guided by a guide shaft element 11 and a screw shaft element 12 arranged in parallel with a rotating axis is arranged. The moving element 14 is provided with a pair of upper and lower vertical guiding sheave 16 capable of rotating about a horizontal axis and guiding the rope, and a pair of right and left horizontal guiding sheave 18 capable of rotating about a vertical axis and guiding the rope at an outer position of the sheave 16. The screw shaft element and the winding-up drum are interlocked through a first interlocking mechanism made from a gear and the like, and the screw shaft element and the moving element are interlocked through a nut element 13, thereby making the moving element following and moving to a winding-up position according to the rotting amount of the winding-up drum. A pressing roller member for pressing the rope on a surface of the winding-up drum is arranged at a contacting part with the rope in the winding-up drum.
