PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a film hardly stick to cut the film efficiently, even when the film contains an adhesive or the like. SOLUTION: The film 11 is formed by bonding the first layer 16 and the second layer 17 with the adhesive 18. When a film cutter 10 cuts the film 11, an edge of a cutting blade 13 is pressed onto the film 11. Elastic cushions 14 are arranged in both sides along the thickness direction of the cutting blade 13 to press surfaces of the film 11. Although the adhesive 18 in the film 11 is protruded from each cut end face, the protruded adhesive 18 hardly sticks since a surface protecting tape 15 having a releasing property, comprising a material of low friction coefficient and having a smooth surface is bonded on the surface of the each cushion 14. The sticking of the cut film is prevented because the adhesive 18 is not sticked.
