PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To designate a page to an output target selected from a plurality of output targets in a printing system. SOLUTION: There is disclosed the printing system including at least two input sources 38 for storing a printable medium prior to the printing. The printing system includes at least two output targets 39 for holding or handling the printable medium after the printing. A user interface 13 supports a user to select one of the output targets 39 by each paper of a print job exiting on at least one of the input sources 38. A central processing unit 17 determines a pattern of medium supply for each output set and achieves a desired appearance characteristic with respect to the print job related to the output set or the output target. The central data processing unit 17 generates a medium supply instruction based on the medium supply pattern.
