PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immersion nozzle preventing adhesion of alumina to a swirling blade, maintaining an effect of imparting a swirl flow for a long period of time, reducing a flowing-in amount of an argon gas, and high in cost reduction effect and defect prevention effect of a cast piece, in an immersion nozzle equipped with the twist tapelike swirl blade for imparting a swirl flow to a molten metal in the nozzle. SOLUTION: In the immersion nozzle equipped with the twist tapelike swirl blade for imparting the swirl flow to the molten metal in the nozzle, the inner wall face of the nozzle on the swirl blade equipped position, or the swirl blade itself, or both of them are constituted of the porous texture. |
