PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transport dolly capable of being moved easily by hand. SOLUTION: The transport dolly capable of being moved easily by hand is structured so that a jackup unit 50 is installed at the end of dolly in the running direction, a piston 57 of a jack 56 is abutted to the top plate, and universal casters 68 are installed under the jack 56. If the jack 56 is elongated, the casters 68 are sunk to contact with the floor and the driving wheels are levitated from the floor surface.
