<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rational laser marking device which detects a focus of a laser beam by a simple means, and dispenses with applying the wasteful marking. SOLUTION: In the laser marking device for applying the marking on a medium by polarizing the semiconductor laser beam by a optical lens by providing the optical lens on a carriage 3 moving on an X-Y stage, a through hole 10 is bored on the adjacent position so as to be parallel with the radiating direction of the laser beam 6 irradiated from the optical lens to the carriage 3, and a shaft 9 vertically movable against the carriage 3 is equipped to the bored part. A bush is provided on the lower end of the shaft 9, and on the upper end thereof, a stopper 12 is clamped by a position adjusting screw 13. And between the stopper 12 and the upper face of the carriage 3, a spring 14 is provided.</p> |
