PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology by which an accidental needle stick after injection is prevented and an accidental needle stick by a syringe that sucked liquid medicine to be injected before injection. SOLUTION: A combination of a needle for a syringe having a needle (1) forming a sharp tip of the needle (1a), a hab for the needle (2) for connecting to the syringe at an opposite side of the tip of the needle (1a) in the needle (1), and a covering needle tip material for covering the needle tip (1a) and a needle cap (60) for covering the needle is provided. The needle tip (1a) for the syringe that sucked liquid medicine to be injected before injection is once covered with the covering needle tip material. By reattaching the needle cap (60) on this state, a combination of the needle cap (60) and the covering needle tip material is constructed as the covering needle tip material is detached from the needle tip (1a) on the needle cap (60). |
