PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of rattling even if a clearance exists between a seat side bracket and an arm, preclude rattling between a shaft pin and the seat side bracket, and hinder emission of noises such as striking sounds. SOLUTION: A seat coupling part and an occupant sensor 21 are installed between a sensor base 15 supported by the floor surface 11 of a vehicle body and a seat rail 5 installed at the bottom of a seat cushion 3 of a vehicle seat 1. The seat coupling part has a base bracket 17 installed on the side with sensor base 15 and a seat side bracket 7 installed on the side with the seat rail 5, and arm 19 is installed between the base bracket 17 and the seat side bracket 7. The seat side bracket 7 and arm 19 are pivoted on the shaft pins 21 and 22. An emboss part is formed at the peripheral edge of a shaft pin inserting hole 7a in the seat side bracket 7, and an elastic member 26 in the form of O-ring is inserted between the emboss part 29 on the seat side bracket and the arm 19.
