PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing coated bioactive particles, which method can surmount the problem that the plant facility is corroded with acidic substances being the products formed when tetrachloroethylene is decomposed by exposure to heating to high temperatures in the presence of water in re-utilizing tetrachloroethylene used as a solvent in the production and the problem that the quality of tetrachloroethylene needs to be stabilized. SOLUTION: Acidic substances being the decomposition products of tetrachloroethylene formed when tetrachloroethylene is heated to high temperatures in the presence of water are removed by neutralization in a tank packed with a basic substance, and the acidic-substance-free tetrachloroethylene is recirculated.
