PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently remove heat generated during cooking without adversely affecting cooking on a cooking board. SOLUTION: In the cooker in which a cooking plate 20 is supported by a support 10, and a burner 22 is provided below the cooking plate 20, an exhaust air channel for leading downward heated gas generated in the vicinity of the underside of the cooking plate 20 out from the position just beneath the peripheral portion of the cooking plate 20 through the outside of the burner 22 is formed in the support 10.
