PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic water generating device which can efficiently generate alkaline water having high reducing ability. SOLUTION: A water-feeding aperture 19, at least a pair of electrodes 14a and 14b, an opposing part 15 which forms the electrodes opposite to each other, an electrolytic cell 11 having outlets 18a and 18b for electrolytic water and an electrolyte-resident part 17 which feeds an electrolyte to the electrolytic cell 11 from an electrolyte-feeding aperture 30 (a means for feeding the electrolyte) to retain the electrolyte at the bottom of the electrolytic cell 11 are provided. A highly concentrated electrolytic liquid solution retained in the electrolyte-resident part 17 is led to the opposing part 15 to get high electrolysis efficiency and reduce the consumption of electric power by providing an inclination 16b (an electrolyte-leading means) which leads the electrolyte of the electrolyte-resident part 17 to the opposing part 15.
