PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for securing the required volume of blood in a short period of time without causing any pain and erroneous blood collection when specified ingredients of both fluids need to be analyzed. SOLUTION: This blood collecting device is equipped with a device body 1 to be attached to a somatic portion other than a finger tip, a puncture tool 2 that enables to puncture the dermal surface of inserting a puncture needle 3 from a portion 4 attached to the device body 1 for inserting the puncture tool 4 and a compression member 6 for compressing the dermal portion surrounding a puncture site 5 from an external side toward an inner side after puncture.
