PURPOSE: A carbon fiber mold form for an earthquake-proof pier of a bridge, a manufacturing method of the mold form, an earthquake-proof pier construction method using the mold form are provided to enable a beginner to easily construct the mold form, to prevent the secession of aggregate, and to minimize the cross section of the earthquake-proof pier. CONSTITUTION: The carbon fiber mold form(10) for an earthquake-proof pier of a bridge consists of a laminated carbon fiber sheet body formed by attaching at least two carbon fiber sheets with an epoxy resin(6), and the sheet body is shaped to have a size and shape corresponding to the cross section of a hinge part of the pier. The construction method of the earthquake-proof pier comprises steps for arranging iron rods of the pier; wrapping the carbon fiber mold form on the outside of the iron rods and fixing the carbon fiber mold form with an existing mold form; charging and curing concrete in the mold form, and separating the mold form to complete a hinge part of the pier; and arranging the iron rods over the hinge part of the pier and assembling them with the existing mold form, and repeatedly performing the charging and curing step of the concrete so as to construct the upper structure of the pier.
