PURPOSE: A noodle making machine is provided to supply a properly regulated pressure upon kneading and avoid the breakage of a connecting portion due to a high pressure. CONSTITUTION: The machine comprises a motor, a cylindrical case(4), a screw(8) arranged to be rotatable within the cylindrical case, a nozzle plate(11) installed at the tip of the cylindrical case and a hopper attached to the case. The nozzle plate is formed with a plurality of small holes. A groove(4b) is formed on the inner surface on the tip of the case in the opposite direction from the spiral direction of the screw.
