PURPOSE: A double ended electric cable reel device for combined use as a remote controller is provided, which achieves a cost-down and improves the efficiency of an assembly work and a simplicity of usage. CONSTITUTION: According to the double ended electric cable reel device, a case(1) comprises a winding reel(14) rotatable on a center of a fixing axis(13) where an exit A(11) and an exit B(12) are formed on its both sides, and a spring(15) is connected between the winding reel and the fixing axis. And a folded part is fixed to an outer circumference of the winding reel, and both ends of an electric cable(16) are located in the external through the exit A and the exit B. The substrate of a remote controller(21) is comprised between the case and the winding reel. An operation button(23) connected to the remote control substrate is comprised in a button installation hole(22) on one side of the case. And a remote control part(2) comprises a connection part(25) connecting a cut lead wire(24) to the remote control substrate.
