PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect user's information widely, to conduct advertisement and sales activities focusing on users who are interested in the merchandise, and to prepare statistical material useful for sales activities. SOLUTION: A voice recognition and response system is prepared, for instance, as a toll-free telephone and an examinee who has made an access according to an audio guidance inputs his/her address and name and replies to the questions for medical examination according to the audio guidance. The diagnosis is conducted based on the replies of the examinee and the result is replied in voice or a notice of the result of diagnosis is sent by fax to the facsimile machine of the examinee that has made the input. The results are inputted. As to the examinee who wants to have a sample, the intent to have the sample is included in the data and is taken in, the address and name of the examinee is specified and the sales office which covers the address of the examinee in its delivery zone is searched, and the fact that such an examinee wants to get a sample is noticed to the sales office. |
