PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information distribution control method and system, capable of efficiently distributing information in distributing the information to a mobile terminal via a mobile communication network. SOLUTION: This information distribution control method in performing information distribution to the mobile terminal via the mobile communication network, comprising a plurality of communication nodes including a radio communication node for performing radio communication with the mobile terminal, is for deciding a first cache node for storing information related to an information distribution request on a first distribution route decided, based on the request from the mobile terminal, deciding a second cache node existing on a distribution path in changing the information distribution route to the mobile terminal to a second distribution path involved in the movement of the mobile terminal receiving information distribution from the first cache node via the first distribution route, and to distribute the information to the mobile terminal through the second distribution path.
