PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system or the like for collecting the toll of a toll road or the like by using a mobile communication terminal loaded with an IC card and a network being the infrastructure of the terminal. SOLUTION: In the toll collection system by the mobile communication terminal loaded with the IC card, the IC card 11 is loaded on the mobile communication terminal 10 which the crew of a vehicle 3 carries. A function and a file which are required for the collection of the toll, are loaded on the IC card. When the vehicle passes through the entrance gate area 1E of the toll road, dedicated processing software 1 arranged in a mobile communication network discriminates the IC card being the object of charging through regular sound call service functioning as a read terminal and a data communication base station 2E and writes entrance history information. When it passes an exist gate area 1X, the entrance history information is read from the IC card 11 being the object of charging, the use toll is calculated and the toll is payed and received. |
