PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitter/receiver having a curled cord not to be twisted to connect a hand-set to a telephone body. SOLUTION: The hand-set 1 is formed in a profile substantially semispherical shape for housing only a receiver 2. An outer shell 2a of the substantially semispherical shape of the hand-set 1 is rotatably constituted with respect to the receiver 2 and the curled cord 3. Meanwhile, a microphone 4 connected to the cord 3 is provided at the telephone body side.
