摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a high definition graphic fluorescent display tube without degrading a duty factor. SOLUTION: Three anode wires W11-W13 are provided on anode electrodes A11-A19. The anode electrodes A11-A19 are divided into three groups respectively having three electrodes. The anode electrodes A11, A14 and A17 are connected to the anode wire W11. The anode electrodes A12, A15 and A18 are connected to the anode wire W12. The anode electrodes A13, A16 and A19 are connected to the anode wire W13. The anode electrodes A11-A19 and the anode wires W11-W13 are vertically disposed through an insulating film and connected by a conductive material for filling through-holes S11-S19 in the insulating film. The anode electrodes A11-A19, the anode wires W11-W13 and the insulating film are made of a thin film.
