PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pickup device for an optical disk drive, which can realize the drive for a high-density recording medium by finely adjusting an optical head part with low electric power, in which the structure is improved so that a servo bandwidth of an actuator can be caused to be high. SOLUTION: The optical pickup device for the optical disk drive includes an objective lens 21 which concentrates incident light on an optical disk, a slider 23 which is provided with an objective lens 21 and which flies above the disk by an air bearing formed between the disk, a bobbin 27 which is provided with the slider 23, and an optical head part 20 having a flexure 25 which is disposed between the slider 23 and the bobbin 27 and which elastically supports the slider. A driving unit 40 drives the slider 23 in a tracking direction and a convergence direction. |
