PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a translation sentence extracting method function at a high speed with high reliability while being robust against data with much noise by providing high quality. SOLUTION: First and second texts are divided into plural text elements, and serial plural pairs of a text part are formed of the respective text elements. A pair score is calculated on the respective pairs by using a weighted characteristic, and an alignment sore of the serial plural pairs is calculated by using a pair of pair scores. The alignment score is optimized by systematically changing the serial plural pairs.
