PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fusion transmission system for broadband communication and TV broadcasting capable of being connected to IP networks, internet networks, and various kinds of TV broadcasting networks at user's home in each region by conducting fusion transmission into one signal, in which a broadband signal and a TV signal are combined. SOLUTION: An optical fiber cable from a communication facility center is connected to an ONU(optical network unit) installed at an electric pole in each region. Furthermore, an antenna device located on the electric pole is connected to the ONU to be a base station, and signals that are subjected to OFDM(orthogonal frequency division multiplexing) modulation in the ONU are transmitted to each user's home in the region by metallic cables, optical fiber cables, power-lines or radio waves. Also, the OFDM modulated signals are received at each user's home by a NAT(network address translator) router with a modem, a NAT router with an O/E converter, a NAT router with a superimposed device, or a radio substation. Further, digital TV, etc., are connected to a LAN cable placed via the NAT router in the device, being relayed to PC, IP phone or STB(set top box).
